It's time to start thinking about Valentine's Day. I've been learning more and more about the wide world of chocolate. I think specialty chocolate has ruined Hersheys and M&Ms for me, forever. When I was in Israel, I fell in love with Max Brenner. You would go crazy bananas over how they have designed their restaurant -- yes, a restaurant of chocolate everything.
