Dream reception decorations

I wish there were some DIY way to re-create this stunning effect! If anyone has suggestions on how to do this for a wedding reception, let me know. Until then, I drool.

Paper-Source has flower kits for creating a similar effect. It's no where near as elaborate as the post's picture, but if you had 100 bridesmaids you could totally achieve it. http://www.paper-source.com/cgi-bin/paper/kits/flower-kits.html
